Superpowers you have are:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Art producer in the game or film industry
  • Knowledge of game industry-standard software tools, design documents, and production processes/best practices (budgets, game concept and prototyping creation, project management, bug reports, and defect tracking)
  • Experience in driving the production process and shipping large projects
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines successfully
  • Experience in driving schedules with art teams and collaboration with engineering and design
  • Experience in managing a project from pre-production through submission
  • Excellent leadership and diplomacy skills
  • Strong communicator and seeks collaboration
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • A passion for creating cool content

  • Google Suite,, and Jira proficiency

  • Prior experience in a startup environment or a small business

Becoming a part of Massive Black team you will:

  • Own the overall product/project management, development schedules, and maintain communication between both internal and external teams
  • Coordinating art tasks, iteration, anticipate and identify potential problems, bottlenecks, quality concerns, unanticipated scope changes, feature creep, etc., and ensure that issues are resolved quickly
  • Work with Executive Producers and engage with the Art team to define the art components, scope, and goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals, and project requirements
  • Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly
  • Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing ambitious targets
  • Manage relationships with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track asset pipeline, releases, and versioning
  • Initiate and manage contracts
  • Manage timelines and tasks accordingly
