3D Character Artist | Junior, Middle, Senior

Superpowers you have are:

  • High-poly sculpting in Zbrush or Mudbox
  • Modeling in 3DS Max / Maya in a variety of topology ranges
  • Experience in character topology for animation
  • Cloth simulation in Marvelous Designer
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy
  • Ability to create optimal UV maps and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.)
  • Texturing in Substance Painter and/or hand-painted texturing skills
  • Good understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for both stylized and photoreal character creation
  • Ability to follow and correctly interpret/improve the concept idea
  • Teamwork skills
  • Work experience with in-game projects for PCs and consoles as a Character Artist

You are a rockstar if you have:

  • Work experience with game engines (like Unreal Engine or Unity)
  • Drawing skills
  • Good understanding of the rigging and animation process
  • Experience creating realistic hair for games

Becoming a part of Massive Black team you will:

  • Create high-poly and low-poly models of stylized and photoreal characters and creatures for games on given concepts
  • Create optimal UV mapping and texture baking (normal, AO, etc.)
  • Work with photorealistic, PBR, stylized, and hand-painted texturing
